Middle Atlantic Products manufactures racks, power distribution solutions, ceiling boxes, and other types of cable management and metal solutions for the broadcast, proAV, residential, security and technology industries. Founded in 1979, Middle Atlantic has been one of the premier names in in the industry since its inception. In 2011, the company was acquired by Legrand, and has been a wholly owned subsidiary ever since.

Rack Solutions

Racks and Enclosures provide the backbone of any electronic equipment room. Middle Atlantic designs and manufactures pre-configured racks, including floor standing, wall mounted, specialty, slide out, and mobile rack solutions. The pre-configured racks offer a user everything needed for an optimized AV system, including thermal management, power source, cable management, all in a single line item and part number. For more customization, Middle Atlantic’s standard floor standing racks are a great solution, with a wide variety of widths, siding, and front doors available.

Wall mounted racks are the perfect solution for when space is at a premium. Middle Atlantic’s wall mounted rack solutions allow the user to still access the rear of the equipment while mounted on the wall. Seismically rated options are also available for geographic locations requiring that piece of mind. Slide out racks are a technology that was pioneered by Middle Atlantic, soliving the common challenge of no rear open isle being available. Middle Atlantic manufactures sliding racks that slide all the way out as well as racks that rotate for easier back access. Mobile racks on wheels, and racks that combine with your furniture’s look and feel are also available.

Power Solutions

A well-built rack system requires the right power to be distributed to the correct place in the rack, and Middle Atlantic has you covered. Middle Atlantic has intelligent power distribution called RackLink™, the industry’s premier remote management system. RackLink™ allows a customer to remotely interface and control with the rack. It also includes logging of all power and environmental events in an easy-to-interpret data management tool. Finally, RackLink™ allows for environmental control, including heat and humidity, as well as either 2-stage (MOV or series protection. Standard power distribution, DC power distribution, power isolation systems, and UPS backup power systems are also available.

Technical Furniture

To compliment their extensive line of racks systems, Middle Atlantic manufactures technology-enabled furniture to further transform spaces into a suite of seamless interaction. Console systems, studio furniture, conference room tables, lecterns, credenzas, and more are all available.

WireMold® Products

The WireMold® product line provides a flexible and complete set of connectivity solutions for meeting and conference rooms. This includes ceiling boxes, wall boxes, floor boxes, poke-thrus, surface raceway systems, outdoor AV and power solutions, and more. Furniture boxes include desktop power centers, flip up table boxes, under-table cable management, wireless charging pucks, and more. Middle Atlantic’s Evolution™ series floor box is the most innovative and flexible floor box design available.
